About:
We initially joined as neighbors working together to oppose
the current proposal to build a
4 story, 26-unit apartment building
at 249-259 Main Street
with a two-way driveway/road onto Depew Avenue
between Anna and Crosby Streets in Nyack, NY.
Our advocacy and activism contributed to the Village Board's (3-2) decision to reject the developers' request to remove four public on-street parking spaces -
and a revised plan with Main Street access only!!!
The current proposal calls for rooftop community gathering spaces.
We continue to urge the Village's decision-making boards to consider the impact of this proposal on the Depew/Anna/Crosby residential neighborhood.
